# Return & Refund Policy
At **KidsTids**, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
## Parcel Opening Video
We strongly recommend that customers record a clear video while opening the parcel upon delivery. This helps us resolve any issues quickly in case of a wrong item, missing item, or damaged product.
## Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong size from our side, we will gladly exchange the product.
For example:
* If you ordered a **2 Years** size and received a **10 Years** size, we will exchange the item.
* The returned product must be the same item originally supplied by KidsTids.
## Size Selection Responsibility
We provide the size selected by the customer at the time of order.
If:
* You ordered a **2 Years** size,
* Your child requires a larger size due to body build or growth,
* And you did not contact us before placing the order for size guidance,
then the order will **not be eligible for return or refund** based on size preference.
We always recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about sizing.
## Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
* The product must be unused and in its original condition.
* The product must not be washed, machine washed, altered, or damaged.
* The original tag should preferably be attached. If the tag has accidentally come off, we may still review the return request provided the item remains unused and in original condition.
## Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will begin.
* Return deliveries generally take up to **3 business days** to reach us.
* After approval, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account.
* Customers must provide their bank account details via WhatsApp for refund processing.
## Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
* Wrong size ordered by the customer.
* Product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
* Return request is made for reasons unrelated to an error from our side.
